Human Factors Specialist

Fran Ives is a Chartered Human Factors Specialist working with Health Innovation West Midlands to support the implementation and adoption of innovation within healthcare. Fran has extensive healthcare experience through leading a Human Factors and Ergonomics service at a large NHS Foundation Trust for 15 years. Prior to working in healthcare, Fran gained experience in the automotive and nuclear industries.
