Principal Human Factors Consultant

I'm a Principal Human Factors Consultant (and Chartered Ergonomist and HF Specialist) with ARC and have over 9 years experience in Ergonomics and Human Factors after started my career in 2014.

After completing the Ergonomics BSc at Loughborough, which included a Placement Year with Aston Martin Lagonda in Warwickshire, I joined the Graduate Scheme at Atkins in London, working on projects across the Rail, Nuclear, Oil & Gas and Workplace Ergonomics Sectors. This spell also included working in Tours, France for 6 months as the embedded Ergonomist on the Hinkley Point C project with EDF.

I then moved onto Arcadis in 2019, having relocated to Chester, and worked exclusively on Rail projects, spending a year there, before joining ARC shortly before the pandemic began. I've now been at ARC for around 3.5 years and really enjoy working for the company.

Since gaining my Chartership I've acted as a Mentor and a Referee on numerous Chartership applications and am happy to support further applications moving forward.
